技术特点
1、 免办锅炉使用证的独特内部结构设计
该系列产品水容积小于30L，在国家的免办锅炉使用证范围内，即无须办理锅炉使用证。炉胆装有内置式汽水分离器，解决了蒸汽带水的难题，更加保证了蒸汽的优质性。
2、 采用液晶显示全自动智能电控系统
锅炉操作系统为全自动控制，所有的运行状态均可在液晶屏中一目了然。您可以在显示屏中观察到锅炉电加热管工作状态，锅炉水位状态，蒸汽压力高低状态，水泵运行状态，故障报警状态等，让您随时掌握锅炉运行状况，使用更放心。
3、 采用优质核心部件—电加热管
电加热管不仅采用优质厚壁316L不锈钢管制作，使用寿命超过常用的304不锈钢管30%，而且采用进口高温氧化镁粉及封口材料，耐高温可达900℃。更好的确保了电加热管的使用寿命。另外，电热管与炉体与法兰连接，利于更换、维修和保养。
4、 采用优质零部件
所有的管路和仪器仪表连接均采用不锈钢管或铜管连接，电器采用国内知名德力西电器，使用可靠，配置豪华。
5、 多重连锁保护功能。
产品装有经锅炉检验所校验的阀、压力控制器等超压保护，防止锅炉因压力过大而造成爆炸事故；同时具有极限低水位保护，在供水停止的情况下锅炉将自动停止工作，防止了锅炉干烧导致电加热元件损害甚至烧坏的现象。漏电保护器让操作人员和设备的更有保障，即使在锅炉操作不当引起的电路短路、漏电的情况下锅炉也将会自动切断电路，及时的保护好操作人员和控制线路。
